Studied mechanism

Sermorelin corresponds to the first 29 amino acids of human GHRH — the most active portion of the natural hormone. It is studied for its action on the GHRH receptor at the pituitary level, stimulating the synthesis and pulsatile release of GH through an "upstream" mechanism that respects the physiological secretion rhythm.

Level of evidence
