1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of products made on the biopep.fr website between BioPep and any customer (hereinafter "the Customer").
2. Products
The products sold on BioPep are research peptides intended exclusively for laboratory use — Research Use Only. They are neither medicines nor dietary supplements, and are not intended for human or animal consumption. By placing an order, the Customer represents that they are a professional or knowledgeable individual using these products for research purposes, and that they are of legal age (18 or older).
3. Pricing
Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included. BioPep reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
4. Orders
Any order placed on the site constitutes acceptance of these Terms. An order confirmation is sent by email to the Customer once payment has been validated.
5. Payment

6. Delivery
